Weekly Training Log: 6/8-6/14

Last week was all about getting back into routine. After being on vacation for 10 days and then coming back and I had a three day work function to attend to that left me no time to workout. My body was all out of sync and half of last weeks workouts were completed in the evenings after work, but I still got it done!

Monday: Full body cardio and strength training


Tuesday: 2.5 mile run followed up with a 0.30 mile walk and then a quick core workout consisting of a 1 min plank, 20 Raised Leg Lower Ab Crunches and  10 Hip Kick Throughs for 2 sets each.

Wednesday: Rest Day.

Thursday: Full body cardio and strength training

Friday:  A “Cardio Quickie” video on demand by Exercise Sportskool featuring cardio intervals alternating period of low and high intensity and then another video on arm strengthening workout focusing on the biceps and triceps.

Saturday: Rest day.

Sunday: Rest day.
