Weekly Training Log: 6/29-7/5

Happy First Monday of July! Can you believe we are already in July, much less half way through the year? I hope everyone had a safe, yet fun 4th!

Recently, I invested in some new fitness equipment. I definitely feel my self getting stronger and decided to up the weight limit on my dumbbells to 8lbs each and while I was already making the purchase, I picked up a core ball. I can’t wait to begin incorporating these into my workouts.

Now, last weeks workout recap:

Monday: Full body strength training

Tuesday: Cardio session followed up with some kettle bell work

Wednesday: 2.75 miles on the elliptical with a .25 cool down walk.

Thursday: Rest day.

Friday: Rest day.

Saturday: 2.5 mile run with my friend Barbara and her little newborn joined us! 🙂


Sunday: Rest day.
