Weekly Training Log: 8/10-8/16

After an awesome week of workouts and runs (and an age group award) I decided to register for the 3rd and final 5K race of the St. Pete Beach Summer 5K series, with hopes of another potential top 3 placement in my age group!

Monday: 100 squats for day 10 of a 30 day squat challenge hosted by Guna, Inc.

Tuesday: 100 squats for day 11 then a 3 mile run in the evening with the local Running for Brews group.

Wednesday: Lower body and core strengthening. Included 100 squats for day 12.

Thursday: 2.5 mile run followed up with 100 squats for day 13.



Friday:
100 squats for day 14 along with upper body and core strengthening

Saturday: 3.29 mile run with my friend Barbara and then followed up with 100 squats – halfway through the challenge 🙂


Sunday:
100 squats for day 16 and some core work.
