Florida Holiday Halfathon Training Recap: Week 3

FHH Weekly Training Log

This past week was “recovery” week so there was no regular session for boot camp. It was also suppose to be recovery week for my training run but I have commitments for work next weekend that may or may not prohibit me from logging any miles, so I swapped the weeks.

Monday: 3 mile run

Tuesday: 4 mile run


Wednesday: Special “CG BOLD” session for Bold members only… SO.MANY.BURPEES.


Thursday: 30 minutes on the elliptical

Friday: Rest Day

Saturday: Rest Day – My best friends Bridal Shower!! Late night of final preparations with one of the bridesmaids pushed my run back to Sunday. However, the shower was a success! Everything went smoothly, and most importantly, Court had a great time 🙂

Sunday: 7 mile run with the sunrise 🙂
