This past week was “recovery” week so there was no regular session for boot camp. It was also suppose to be recovery week for my training run but I have commitments for work next weekend that may or may not prohibit me from logging any miles, so I swapped the weeks.
Monday: 3 mile run
Tuesday: 4 mile run
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Rest Day – My best friends Bridal Shower!! Late night of final preparations with one of the bridesmaids pushed my run back to Sunday. However, the shower was a success! Everything went smoothly, and most importantly, Court had a great time 🙂
Sunday: 7 mile run with the sunrise 🙂
Total Miles logged for Florida Holiday Halfathon training: 38
