Week 11/14-11/20
Monday: Rest day. It was very strange to miss a Monday workout, much less first day of a brand new camp cycle.
Tuesday: 3 miles run with friends before camp – the start of endurance week!
Wednesday: 2 easy miles before camp
Thursday: 3 miles before CG
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 5 miles, this was actually suppose to be a 7 mile run weekend, however I struggled to even make it through the first mile so 5 miles was a winner in my book.
Sunday: Rest day.
Week 11/21-11/27
Monday: Rest day.
Tuesday: 3 mile run before camp – Strength and Agility week!
Wednesday: 2 easy miles and a CG workout.
Thursday: Switched it up today with a Thanksgiving themed CG workout and then met up with some people for the Turkey Trot 5K!

Friday: Rest day
Saturday: First back to back long weekend run – 5 miles!
Sunday: 7 miles.
Monday: Rest day.
Tuesday: 3 miles and CG – HIIT week!
Wednesday: CG workout, I had 2 on the plan but wasn’t feeling it. Still managed to get close to 2 miles with the sprints during the workout!
Thursday: 3 mile run/walk and CG.
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: Last minute change from a CG workout to rest day, my body was beat up from the week, but I owe my trainer a big thanks for that!
Sunday: 8 miles.
Miles logged Week 2: 20.2 miles
Miles logged Week 3: 14 miles
Total Miles logged for Gasparilla Ultra Amber Challenge training: 47
