Move Nourish Believe is the active living philosophy of Lorna Jane. I had never even heard of it till it become the [optional] topic for this weeks The Fit Dish link up. I’ve been MIA on this link up for the last few weeks so it feels good to be linking back up with Jessica and Jill this week to dish the fit.
Currently I am training to run the Iron Girl Clearwater Half Marathon in less than six weeks. After reading more into the MNB philosophy, I felt I could apply this and MNB my way into my first week of training.
Take my vitamins.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables …
… and protein.
