After facing some major exhaustion last week and especially the weekend, due to my continuous travel and work schedule I started to feel much better on Monday and as the week progressed on. Getting my workouts in definitely provided me with the adrenaline for the additional energy boost.
Monday: Full body cardio and strength training, 3 rounds in 15 mins.
Tuesday: Full body cardio and strength training
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 2 mile run followed up with core work:
Saturday: Over 3.5 miles walking around Universal Studios
Sunday: Rest Day

I totally forgot about the summer solstice. (Face palm). We had an easy weekend lounging around the pool and house. Nothing too eventful, but it was relaxing. It was just what I needed.
Yeah, I didn’t remember till later afternoon. Lol. Relaxing by the pool sounds nice, one of these weekends I won’t be too busy that I can actually do that 🙂
