Good Morning! It may be Monday but at least we’ve got a short week, for most. This week is going to be a busy one, on top of Thanksgiving, I have my best friends wedding Saturday and with all the wedding festivities next weekend I need to get my final, long distance run during the week! But, enough talking about my upcoming week, let me recap you on how my training went this past week:
Monday: Camp 39 kicked off last Monday, and it’s the last camp for the year! This was a great pairs workouts, each person had to do each exercise starting at 5 or 10 reps and going up to 10 or 50, with 10 sets of sprints after each exercise.
Wednesday: Boot camp. Each exercise 3x each per round.
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: 11 mile run.
Sunday: Rest day.
